Heat & Moisture Exchanging (HMEF)

DISPOSET heat and moisture exchaning breathing filter (HMEF) provides protection to the patient and the ventilator device during intensive care or surgery against bacterial and viral contamination. HMEF also minimizes the heat and moisture loss of patient’s breath during mechanical ventilation. It has low dead space. It’s light weight improves patient comfort. Clear casing enables viewing of the interior of the filter. The luer capnography port on the casing of the filter allows connection for required gas level measurements. Sterile and non-sterile versions available.
